Technology Center Introduction
Technology Center - Ningbo Jiangbei Shengya was founded in 2005 and is located in Jiangbei Industrial Zone, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is mainly engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of special tooling and equipment for the production of auto parts rolling products.
There are three main categories of products: 1. Production equipment for rolling products (high-strength steel battery box tray, high-strength steel threshold reinforcement plate, high-strength steel anti-collision beam, ordinary metal structural parts rolling production line; door frame, aluminum anti-collision beam, luggage rack Stretch bending machine and sawing machine, door frame, aluminum anti-collision beam welding workstation, non-standard production equipment for punching, drilling and milling of various rolling products); 2. Production tooling for ordinary metal structural parts (roller , roller frames, stretch bending dies, punching dies, welding fixtures, etc.); 3. Production tooling for high-strength steel rolling products (rollers, roller frames, straightening frames, online punching dies, shaping dies, cutting dies, etc.). Provide customers with automation solutions for the entire production line.
The center has a total area of 10,000 square meters, 150 personnel, 25 professional and technical personnel, including 4 electrical engineers, 2 hydraulic engineers, 6 mechanical mold engineers, and 3 product engineers. All have accumulated professional experience of 5-10 years. Has passed TS16949/ISO9001 quality system certification. It has provided various production lines for many well-known auto parts manufacturers at home and abroad.
So far, the projects developed by the Technology Center involve major OEM factories: Beijing Benz BBAC, BMW Brilliance BMW, FAW Audi, SAIC-GM SGM, SAIC Motor, GAC Toyota, Dongfeng Nissan NISSAN, BYD BYD, Geely GEELY, Great Wall GWM, Changan , Chery CHERY, JAC JAC.
Technology Center-Ningbo Jiangbei Shengya is mainly responsible for the early development and small-scale trial production of products, and Zhejiang Shoucheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the mass production of products.
